Step 1: You need hava Mac OS X Lion .dmg file, two 8Gb capacity USB, a Mac or a Hackintosh PC, iBoot EFI bootloader and your PC Laptop first.
Step 2: Then set up Mac OS X Lion .dmg and install iBoot using what I have inferred in step 1.
Step 3: Plug in the 2 USB drives, restart your PC, then go to BIOS, change boot preferences and make your USB drive to have preference of booting over other hardware devices.
Step 4: Restart and boot through the USB drive, press V to refresh the loader and press M to set boot flag as -v. Choose the USB drive that reads Mac OS X Base System and click enter.
Step 5: Fill in the language, time zone etc details in the user interface and move forward with the installation.
Step 6: Restart the system, boot in with the USB drive with iBOOT setup, select Mac OS X Base System to boot into. Restart your PC and boot in using the USB Drive containing iBootbe.
